湿法磷酸渣酸作为低品位磷矿粉造球黏结剂的试验研究
Experimental Study on the Use of Residue Acid of Wet Phosphoric Acid as a Pellet Binder of Low Grade Phosphate Rock Powder

Abstract
A study was conducted on the use of wet process phosphoric acid slag as a pelletizing binder for phosphate rock powder.The influence of carbon content on the compressive strength and impact strength of pellets was investigated.The results show that as the carbon content of the pellets increases,the compressive strength and impact strength of the pellets gradually decrease.When coke is not added to the pellets,the strength is the highest,with an average pellet strength of 293.17 N and a crushing rate of 6.7%when dropped at 1.5 meters.As the reduction temperature and carbon content increase,the phosphorus reduction rate gradually increases.When the phosphorus ore∶coke =100∶25 and the reduction temperature is 1450℃,the phosphorus reduction rate reaches 96.5%.关键词
