摘要

Abstract

Water-soluble ammonium polyphosphate(APP)is a new type of fertilizer with high nitrogen and phosphorus nutrient content.It has the advantages of easy dissolution,strong compatibility,low crystallization temperature and good chelating performance.In this paper,water-soluble APP fertilizer was synthesized by monoammonium phosphate(MAP)and urea.The process parameters such as raw material ratio,reaction temperature and reaction time were studied.The results showed that the synthesis conditions of water-soluble APP were as follows:the mass ra-tio of MAP and urea was 2~5∶1,the reaction temperature was 130~250 ℃,and the reaction time was 30~120 min.The polymerization process had a great influence on the product performance.The APP products prepared by this process had better indicators and met the application stand-ards of agricultural(APPQ/YPRTEC 01-2020)qualified products.The process was relatively stable and the cost was low,which had broad ap-plication prospects.
