Abstract

6-Aminoquinoline-N-hydroxysuccinimide carbamate was used as the derivative reagent to establish a derivative UPLC method for the determination of 19 kinds of free amino acids in G.elata.The quality differences of G.elata from different origins were analyzed.The linear relationships of the 19 free amino acids were good in a certain concentration range,the correlation coefficients were all greater than 0.996,the reproducibility RSDs were all less than 3.0%,and the recoveries were 91.99%-114.59%,which indicated the method was accurate and reli-able.There are obvious differences in the content of free amino acids in G.elata from different origins.The total content of 19 free amino acids in G.elata from different origins is in the range of 362.12-644.95 mg/100 g.The average value of the total free amino acids in G.elata from Zha-otong Yunnan Province(517.41 mg/100 g)>that out-of-Yunnan Province(505.68 mg/100 g)>those of other origins in Yunnan Province(444.56 mg/100mg).The experimental method wasaccurate,rapid and efficient,which can provide scientific basisfor decision analysisof G.elata.The study can provide reference for the further exploration and evaluation of the intrinsic quality of G.elata from different producing areas and rational development and utilization of resources.
