摘要

Abstract

The nitrogen product compressor of the air separation unit trips abnormally during normal operation.This article analyzes the causes of damage to the main thrust bearing pads of the steam turbine from the aspects of unit operating parameters,static corrosion of the bearing system,and axial force of the rotor.The most accurate conclusion is that the installation of the coupling diaphragm on the steam turbine side is incorrect,resulting in an additional increase in axial force of the rotor and a significant increase in the bearing capacity of the thrust bearing pads,The fi-nal bearing pad babbitt alloy was damaged,and the unit was interlocked and tripped.
