Exploration and Practice for Craftsman Spirit of Great Powers in Graduate Students of Mechanical Engineering

Abstract
An important content of the ideological and political construction of contemporary colleges is to carry out the spiritual education of"great craftsman"to stimulate the students'feelings and mission of serving the country with science and technology.In this paper,we probe into the path of carry out spiritual education for great craftsma,give play to the educational effect of the collaborative education platform jointly built by schools and enterprises,build a high-level teacher team with double teachers and double abilities,cultivate students'innovative conscious-ness and teamwork ability based on subject competition,effectively improve the ability to solve engineering problems by carry out practical activi-ties in enterprises.We thoroughly summarize the experience and achievements in this paper.In a nutshell,the effect of postgraduate"great craftsman"spirit education has been significantly improved,the great craftsman of graduate students is win support among the students,the sense of innovation has been constantly enhanced and the level of academic achievements has been continuously improved.关键词
