摘要

Abstract

Under the background of new engineering,the course of food engineering principle focuses on cultivating the engineering practice ability of students majoring in food science and engineering.Based on the analysis of the existing problems in the early teaching process,combined with the concept and standard of professional certification in engineering education,the practice and exploration of teaching methods are focused on classroom interactive teaching,process assessment,virtual simulation experiment teaching,so as to improve students'engineering practice ability.
