电力市场两阶段英荷混合拍卖机制设计
Design of A Two-stage Mixed British-Dutch Auction Mechanism for the Electricity Market
摘要
Abstract
Grid companies are in a dominant position in the electricity pricing process,how to maximize revenue in the power purchase process is their main objective in designing the power bidding mecha-nism.Currently,most grid companies use an auction bidding mechanism to determine whether power plants supply electricity to their own grid.In this paper,firstly a two-stage mixed British-Dutch auction mechanism is designed:an open and efficient British auction is adopted in the first stage to eliminate some power plants;in the second stage,the remaining power plants re-quotes and use the transaction price of the first stage as the auction maximum price,the final feed-in tariff is determined by the Dutch auction mechanism.Secondly,the two-stage auction mechanism is modeled and the superior perform-ance of the two-stage auction mechanism is demonstrated through rigorous mathematical proof.Final-ly,the efficiency of the two-stage auction pricing is verified through both real-life scenario simulation and computer simulation,which is an important reference value for grid companies to purchase elec-tricity.关键词
