摘要

Abstract

The electron band structure of monolayerβ12-borophene was calculated by using the five-band tight binding theory,and the two-photon absorption spectrum of monolayerβ12-borophene in the visible to near-infrared band was calculated by using the second-order perturbation theory of photon-e-lectron interaction,revealing the modulation effect of the applied electric field on the electron band and the two-photon absorption peak near the contact points of the four energy bands of X,K,M and Λ.The results show that the applied electric field will bring the splitting of the degenerate band,and the en-hancement of the applied electric field will cause the two-photon absorption peak to be blueshifted and the peak value to be suppressed.Absorption peak enhancement due to two-photon resonance transi-tions occurs only when a forward electric field is applied near point M in the inversion asymmetric model and the energy of the electric field is in the range of 1.5~2.0 eV.
