摘要

Abstract

With the advent of the information age,BIM technology has been fully applied in the construction industry.However,the application of BIM technology in water conservancy engineering construction is not sufficient.This paper explains the meaning and advantages of BIM technology.BIM technology can transform the design concept of water conservancy engineering,achieve visualization,multidisciplinary collaborative design,and improve engineering efficiency and quality.Finally,taking Huangdeng Hydropower Station as an example,the role of BIM technology in the entire lifecycle of water conservancy projects was explored.Applying BIM technology to water conservancy project construction can avoid design errors,optimize construction plans,save capital investment,and improve project quality.
