Abstract
The implementation of resettlement for Wudongde Hydropower Station is carried out under the guidance of the socialist ideology with Chinese characteristics in the new era.This paper analyzes the main characteristics and difficulties of the resettlement work of Wudongde Hydropower Station from the perspective of the entire process of resettlement implementation,and elaborates on the guiding ideology and methodology of the resettlement implementation work of Wudongde Hydropower Station.It has summarized and extracted five management concepts,including"adhering to the leadership of the Party,putting people first,adhering to systematic concepts,adhering to the law and regulations,and adhering to innovation orientation",as well as six working mechanisms,including"county-based organizational mechanisms,multi-party coordination mechanisms,internal and external complementary consultation mechanisms,deeply participatory owner mechanisms,multiple channels of supervision mechanisms,and stability maintenance mechanisms for enterprise land linkage".It provides a certain reference for the implementation of resettlement in large-scale hydropower projects.关键词
