摘要

Abstract

Based on the hydrological and meteorological conditions,engineering characteristics,and flood control requirements of cascade hydropower stations in Nam Ou River Basin,this paper conducts research on joint flood control scheduling of cascade hydropower stations in the basin.Based on the analysis results of the flood control capacity,flood control standards,and regional flood composition of key flood control objects in the basin,from the perspective of basically not affecting the power generation operation of cascade hydropower stations in the basin while also considering the flood control requirements of the basin,a plan for controlling the operating water level and discharge flow during the cascade flood season is proposed.Simulation scheduling analysis shows that the proposed flood control scheduling scheme is simple to operate and easy to implement.Although the cascade power consumption has slightly decreased,the reduction is not significant,which can provide certain guidance for the cascade flood control in Nam Ou River Basin.
