Abstract
Starting from the characteristics of pumped storage power station construction and the problems in the early planning of resettlement,this paper analyzes and summarizes the work requirements for the early planning of resettlement in pumped storage power stations.It innovatively proposes the use of ArcGIS software to quickly and efficiently calculate the land acquisition area for the construction of pumped storage power stations,query sensitive information such as ecological red lines and basic farmland within the land acquisition scope,summarize and maintain physical indicator data,and carry out resettlement planning work.At the same time,this method is applied to the resettlement planning of LX Pumped Storage Power Station.Compared with the traditional resettlement planning and design approach of hydropower projects,it has good application effects in shortening the design cycle,improving work efficiency and quality.关键词
