摘要

Abstract

The dam of Baihetan Hydropower Station is equipped with 7 deep holes and is lined with full channel steel plates.The inlet and outlet are respectively equipped with emergency gates and working radial gates,and the gate slot and steel lining are connected by sealing plate welding.How to prevent the deformation of the door slot after it is connected to the steel lining,ensure the installation quality of the door slot,and eliminate errors in the geometric dimensions of the door slot installation,has become a key issue in controlling the deformation of the connection between the door slot and the steel lining.Through the actual connection effect and experimental results of the deep hole gate slot and steel lining of the dam of Baihetan Hydropower Station,this paper analyzes and verifies the reasons for the deformation of the gate slot,and formulates prevention and control measures for the deformation of the gate slot.
