摘要

Abstract

A certain floating boat pump station has technical characteristics such as large pump flow rate,high head,large size of equipped pumps and motors,large size of pump boat,high pressure of rocker arm joints,and deep floating boat shape.This article introduces the design of the floating boat pump station,mainly including the layout of the pump station,the number and main parameters of the water pumps,and the parameters of the floating boat.The formula for the manufacturing difficulty coefficient of the rocker arm joint device is proposed for the first time.Through the analysis of the technical characteristics of this project,the optimization ideas and research directions for the next stage are provided.At the same time,the key to optimization,such as the development of efficient and good anti cavitation water pumps,theoretical calculations,and model development methods,are discussed.
