Abstract
Objective To study the effect of tofacitinib on tendon sheath thickness and synovial thickness in patients with rheumatoid arthritis.Methods A total of 74 patients with rheumatoid arthritis diagnosed and treated in our hospital from July 2021 to July 2022 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 37 patients in each group.The control group was treated with methotrexate+leflunomide,and the observation group was treated with methotrexate+tofacitinib.The clinical efficacy,clinical symptom improvement indicators(joint swelling number,joint tenderness number,morning stiffness time),pain(VAS)score,DAS28 score,tendon sheath and synovial thickness,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group(94.59％)was higher than that in the control group(81.08％)(P＜0.05).The number of joint swelling,the number of joint tenderness relief and the proportion of morning stiffness relief in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the VAS score and DAS28 score of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the thickness of tendon sheath and synovial membrane in the two groups were smaller than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were smaller than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 5.41％,which was lower than 13.51％in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Tofacitinib has a good clinical effect in the treatment of patients with rheumatoid arthritis,which can reduce the clinical symptoms and pain scores of patients,and plays an important role in improving the thickness of tendon sheath and synovium.High-frequency color Doppler ultrasound can be used to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of tofacitinib in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.关键词
