Abstract
Objective To study the effect of clinical pharmacy services on the irrational use of clinical antibiotics and the economic burden of patients.Methods From February to October 2022,70 patients with antibiotic treatment who carried out clinical pharmacy services in Yongfeng County People's Hospital were set as the observation group,and 70 patients with antibiotic treatment who did not carry out clinical pharmacy services during the same period were selected as the control group.The clinical irrational drug use rate,types and days of antibiotic application,antibiotic drug cost and the percentage of the total amount of prescription,incidence of adverse drug reactions and satisfaction of pharmaceutical care were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of clinical irrational drug use in the observation group was 11.43％,which was lower than 25.71％in the control group(P＜0.05).The types and days of antibiotic application in the observation group were less than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The cost of antibiotics and the percentage of total amount of prescriptions in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The incidence of adverse drug reactions in the observation group was 7.14％,which was lower than 18.57％in the control group(P＜0.05).The satisfaction rate of clinical pharmacy service in the observation group was 98.57％,which was higher than 85.71％in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Clinical pharmacy services can promote the rational application of clinical antibiotics,reduce the time and type of antibiotic use,reduce the economic burden,and patients have higher satisfaction with service.关键词
