Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of compound Danshen dripping pills combined with calcium dobesilate in the treatment of diabetic retinopathy.Methods A total of 120 patients with diabetic retinopathy diagnosed and treated in our hospital from February 2020 to February 2022 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 60 patients in each group.The control group was treated with calcium dobesilate,and the observation group was treated with compound Danshen dripping pills on the basis of the control group.The clinical effect,blood glucose index,visual acuity improvement,ocular symptoms(visual field gray value,hemangioma volume,macular thickness,bleeding spot area)and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.67％,which was higher than 83.33％in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P＜0.05).The proportion of visual acuity＞1.0 in the observation group was greater than that in the control group(P＜0.05),while there was no significant difference in the proportion of visual acuity 0.7-1.0,0.4-0.6,≤0.4 between the observation group and the control group(P＞0.05).After treatment,the gray value of visual field,hemangioma volume,macular thickness and hemorrhage area in the two groups were smaller than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were smaller than the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Compound Danshen dripping pills combined with calcium dobesilate is effective in the treatment of diabetic retinopathy,which can improve retinal symptoms,improve visual acuity,reduce blood glucose levels,and does not increase the incidence of adverse reactions.关键词
