Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of oxytocin combined with motherwort injection on postpartum hemorrhage and coagulation function in elderly parturient women.Methods Sixty elderly parturient women who gave birth in our hospital from January 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group(n=30)and observation group(n=30)by random number table method.The control group was treated with oxytocin,and the observation group was treated with motherwort injection on the basis of the control group.The incidence of postpartum hemorrhage,bleeding volume at different time periods,coagulation function indexes[activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),prothrombin time(PT),fibrinogen(FBG)],duration of uterine contraction and lochia,uterine involution and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of bleeding in the observation group was 6.67％,which was lower than 16.67％in the control group(P＜0.05).The amount of bleeding at 2 and 24 hours after delivery in the observation group was less than that in the control group(P＜0.05).APTT and PT in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and FBG was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The duration of uterine contraction in the observation group was longer than that in the control group,and the duration of lochia was shorter than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The vertical height of the uterine fundus and the midpoint of the upper edge of the pubic symphysis in the observation group was lower than that in the control group at 2 and 6 days after delivery(P＜0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Oxytocin combined with motherwort injection can effectively prevent postpartum hemorrhage in elderly parturient women,reduce the amount of bleeding within 24 hours after delivery,improve coagulation function to a certain extent,promote uterine contraction,shorten the duration of lochia,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.It has good application effectiveness and safety.关键词
