摘要

Abstract

Chirality is one of the fundamental attributes of nature,and chiral compounds are widely present in nature.The synthesis of chiral compounds,especially chiral drugs,has become a hot topic in scientific research and biopharmaceuticals.This paper focuses on the generation and evolution of enzyme catalysis,metal catalysis,and organic catalysis,as well as their importance,application range,limitations,and solutions in chiral drug synthesis.Besides,their development prospects are also discussed.Asymmetric catalytic reactions are the most economical,efficient and green method for preparing chiral drugs,in which catalyst plays an important role.In terms of chiral drug synthesis,while introducing the development status at home and abroad,this paper mainly describes dozens of new catalysts designed and synthesized by the author's team in the fields of metal catalysis and organic catalysis and their catalytic asymmetric reactions,and lists their applications in chiral drug synthesis.
