基于PM流量控制器的双锥液体静压轴承静动态特性分析
Study on Static and Dynamic Characteristics of Bi-cone Hydrostatic Bearing for PM Flow Controller

Abstract
The bi-cone bearing structure based on PM flow controller can withstand both axial and radial loads,with greater bearing performance.Additionally,the external PM flow controller has a simple structure,making it easy to adjus performance and improve rotational accuracy.This article designs a bi-cone bearing based on PM controller,establishes static and dynamic characteristic models with an five-oil cavities,and analyzes the influence of bearing structure and main parameters of the restrictor.The results show that the total bearing capacity show a gradual increase in relation to the cone half angle,with more significant increases in axial capacity,but little radial variation;Increasing the fuel supply pressure,decreasing the initial liquid resistance ratio can improve the bearing capacity;Increasing the initial and specific flow rates of the restrictor,reducing the fuel supply pressure can shorten the transition time and improve the dynamic performance.According to the design indexes,match the parameters of the bearing and the PM controller,optimize the bearing load performance.关键词
