一种压电驱动的气动高速开关阀设计与仿真分析
Design and Simulation Analysis of a Piezoelectric Driven Pneumatic High-speed on-off Valve

Abstract
Aiming at the problems of slow response and small flow of traditional on-off valve,a pneumatic high-speed on-off valve driven by piezoelectric material is proposed.Based on the piezoelectric effect and the structure of cone valve core,the on-off valve of piezoelectric valve is designed.The flow field of the valve is simulated in fluent by finite element analysis method,and the structural rationality of the valve is analyzed.AMESim is used to build the model of the valve and simulate its characteristics.The response time of the valve is 0.4 ms,the maximum flow is about 68 L/min,and the linearity of the change curve between flow and duty cycle is greater than 88%.The simulation results show that the piezoelectric driven high-speed on-off valve proposed in this paper can meet the development needs of digital pneumatic control.关键词
