丹红注射液联合曲美他嗪治疗不稳定型心绞痛疗效与安全的Meta分析
Efficacy and Safety of Danhong Injection Combined with Trimetazidine in the Treatment of Unstable Angina Pec-toris:a Meta-analysis

Abstract
Objective To conduct a systematic evaluation of the clinical efficacy and safety of Danhong Injection combined with trimetazidine in the treatment of unstable angina(UA).Methods Relevant studies were searched in CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,Biomedicine,PubMed,Embase,Cochrane Library from the establishment of the database to October 2022.Two re-searchers independently screened literature and extracted literature data.Revman 5.4 software was used for statistical analy-sis.Results A total of 336 literatures were retrieved,and 18 literatures were finally included,including 1614 patients,804 patients in the control group and 810 patients in the observation group.Danhong injection combined with trimetazidine sig-nificantly improved the total clinical effective rate of unstable angina pectoris[OR=4.85,95%CI(3.51,6.71)],signifi-cantly improved the electrocardiogram efficacy[OR=4.04,95%CI(2.38,6.88)],reduced the number of angina pectoris attacks[MD=-1.27,].95%CI(-1.82,-0.71)],shortened the duration of angina pectoris[MD=-2.36,95%CI(-2.71,-2.02)],and also reduced the incidence of adverse reactions[OR=0.39,95%CI(0.18,0.83)].Conclusion Dan-hong injection combined with trimetazidine has more significant efficacy and better safety in the treatment of UA.关键词
