Abstract
The evaluation standard of excellence performance is of great significance to the research and application of excellence performance model.This paper interprets T/CAQ 10115-2021,Criteria for performance excellence,analyzes the revision of the evaluation criteria of the Malcolm Baldridge National Quality Award and EFQM Model of the European Foundation for Quality Management since the release of GB/T 19580-2012,delineates additional terms and definitions,analyzes evaluation requirements in detail,and points out the main differences compared with GB/T 19580-2012.关键词
