Abstract
The standards on excellence performance evaluation are of great significance to the research and application of performance excellence model.This paper interprets YC/T 535-2015,Guidelines for the criteria of performance excellence in the tobacco industrial enterprises,The paper explains the structure of the standard,and analyzes the key points of the implementation of performance excellence in tobacco industrial enterprises from seven aspects:leadership,strategy,customers and market,resources,process management,results,as well as measurement,analysis and improvement.The paper introduces ideas of PDCA-based performance excellence management and the implementation path and method of performance excellence evaluation criteria for tobacco industrial enterprises.,which provides a reference for the construction and evaluation of the performance excellence framework at three levels:enterprise,department and team.关键词
