Abstract
DB3205/T 1030-2021,Guidelines of performance excellence management for small and medium-sized enterprises,provides guidance for SMEs to promote and apply the performance excellence model,identify the key factors for the sustainable development,and establish the systematic and effective management mechanism and method.This paper first introduces the basic concept of DB3205/T 1030-2021,then detailedly analyzes the key points of implementing performance excellence management in SMEs from seven aspects of leadership,strategy,customer,employee,operation,measurement and result,expounds the maturity evaluation methods of process management and result management in SMEs,and summarizes and explains the characteristics of this standard.关键词
