Abstract
Team is the basic operating unit in an organization,and the progress of teams plays an important supporting role in the development of organizations.This paper interprets T/HBZLWH 001-2021,Criteria for excellent team.Firstly,the paper detailedly analyzes the requirements for excellence management of team from six aspects of"team organization management,team culture management,team resource management,team operation management,team innovation management,and results",and introduces the commonly used tools and methods in team management.Then the paper introduces the evaluation method of excellent team,providing reference for the implementation of performance excellence model.关键词
