摘要

Abstract

Various regions have developed standards and operational specifications for park construction,to guide and encourage low-carbon and intelligent transformation under the requirements of carbon peak and neutrality.There are weak points in domestic parks,such as unclear system framework,lack of evaluation indicators,as well as low level of R&D and application of low carbon.The paper proposes the standardization demand to develop a comprehensive evaluation index system for low-carbon and intelligent parks.Around five dimensions,integrated energy management,industrial intelligence,transportation,building management,life service and benefit,the paper proposes"5-9-40"index system,including 9 second-level indicators and 40 third-level indicators,which will support the green and low-carbon development of intelligent parks,and assistant the standardization output and replicability of low-carbon and intelligent park projects.
