Research on Measures of Consumer-centered Service Standardization of Theme Parks
摘要
Abstract
This paper focuses the consumer,deeply studies the status and existing problems of the theme park service standardization,and puts forward the corresponding measures and suggestions.It is found that the standardization of theme park service is very important to improve the quality of service,and there are many problems in the existing service standardization system.This paper puts forward measures and suggestions such as improving the standards system,improving the intelligent management,optimizing the allocation of service resources and strengthening the cultural construction,which will play a positive role in improving the service quality and visitor experience of the theme park.关键词
