Abstract
The democratic deliberation and consultation at village(community)level is an important component and effective form of socialist democratic construction.In order to explore the standardization of democratic consultation behavior,this paper studies the current situation of democratic deliberation and consultation at village(community)level,analyzes the problems and practical difficulties in the standardization construction of democratic deliberation and consultation at village(community)level,and proposes measures and suggestions,including jointly promoting grassroots practice and the top-level design of standardization of democratic deliberation and consultation at village(community)level,establishing standardization organizations to improve the standardization system of democratic deliberation and consultation,and enhancing the negotiation ability of negotiation participants.The paper has important practical significance for the development of extensive and multi-level institutionalization of consultative democracy,as well as the modernization of the national grassroots governance system and governance capacity.关键词
