Research on Hazard Identification of Children's Toys Based on Scenario Simulation Standards
摘要
Abstract
National standard GB/T 39108-2020,Consumer product safety—Hazard identification—Scenario simulation method,proposes the use of virtual reality technology to construct injury scenarios to carry out hazard identification.This paper takes intelligent robot,children's toy,as an example,and uses the scenario simulation method proposed by the standard above to construct hazard scenarios.The main hazard sources of product are identified as small parts,lasers,and ejection kinetic energy,which provides guidance for enterprises to optimize product design and improve product quality and safety levels.关键词
