Research and Suggestions on the Model of Integrated Remote Smart Service Supporting the High-quality Development of Digital Economy—Taking the Example of"Zhelijian"App in Zhejiang Province
摘要
Abstract
The"Zhelijian"app,whose construction was led by the Zhejiang Administration for Market Regulation,is a digital integration of traditional inspection and testing service industry and new economic and social development forms.With the goal of building an integrated service platform,providing high-level remote services,and realizing smart governance,it has achieved significant results in aspects of"significantly improving digitalization level","more inclusive and equal services",and"more perfect governance system".It has been awarded honors such as the Best App of Digital Economy System in Zhejiang Province in 2022 and the Zhejiang's Reform Breakthrough Award.Its beneficial exploration may provide effective reference for the model to support the high-quality development of the digital economy.关键词
