This paper analyzes some of the main contents of the revision of the national standard GB/T 25733—General quality of lotus rhizome starch,focuses on interpreting the optimiztion of detection methods of typical lotus rhizome starch particles and the adjustment of the acidity detection methods and indicators.The paper's aim is to interpret the standard,help testing personnel and relevant personnel understand and better use it.The paper also considers the possible problems in the standard,providing ideas for further revision of the standard.
