Abstract
Energy cooperation is an important foundation for China-Russia cooperation,and also a positive force for global energy security.In the background of the epidemic,the war between Russia and Ukraine and the conflict between Pakistan and Israel,strengthening standardization cooperation on energy will smooth the energy trade and cooperation between the two countries,ensure global energy security and stabilization,and promote green,low-carbon and sustainable development.This paper outlines the development status of the national standardization of Russian fuel and energy complex,and analyzes the development trend considering the background of Russia-Ukraine war,so as to provide reference for China-Russian standardization cooperation on energy.关键词
