四川省部分规模养殖场猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒及猪圆环病毒2型感染情况调查
Investigation on Infection with Porcine Reproductive and Respiratory Syndrome Virus and Porcine Circovirus Type 2 in Intensive Farms in Sichuan Province

Abstract
In order to investigate the prevalence status of two swine immunosuppressive pathogens including porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus(PRRSV)and porcine circovirus type 2(PCV2)in intensive swine farms in Sichuan Province,898 samples of tissues,semen and blood collected from intensive swine farms in 12 regions of Sichuan province were detected and analyzed for PRRSV and PCV2 by fluorescence quantitative RT-PCR/PCR assay.The results showed that 67.82%samples were detected with at least one pathogen,either PRRSV or PCV2,the positive rate was the highest in tissue samples(32.96%),followed by blood(27.17%)and semen(7.68%)samples.For the infection of different samples,the co-infection rate of PRRSV+PCV2 was the highest in tissue samples,reaching 33.53%;the single infection rate of PRRSV was the highest in semen samples,reaching 53.00%;and that of PCV2 was the highest in blood samples,reaching 45.27%.For different types of infection,the single infection rates of PCV2 and PRRSV,and co-infection rate of PRRSV+PCV2 were 33.18%,20.71%and 13.92%,respectively,decreasing successively;for tissue samples,the single infection rate of PRRSV and co-infection rate of PRRSV+PCV2 were the highest,accounting for 10.58%and 12.80%,respectively.The single infection rate of PCV2 was the highest in blood samples,with a rate of 22.94%.For the infection in different regions,the positive rate of at least one pathogen,either PRRSV or PCV2,in 12 regions ranged from 52.17%to 82.81%,especially Mianyang City the highest.Specifically,the single infection rates of PRRSV and PCV2 were the highest in Mianyang City(37.50%)and Neijiang City(44.44%),respectively,and the co-infection rate of PRRSV+PCV2 was the highest in Leshan City(20.29%).In conclusion,the single infection and co-infection of PRRSV and PCV2 were widely available in the farms,especially in Neijiang,Mianyang and Leshan,and the total positive rate was the highest in tissue samples,mainly with co-infection of PRRSV+PCV2,and single infection of PRRSV and PCV2 were mainly in semen and blood samples,respectively.关键词
