2020-2022年我国部分地区牛赤羽病回溯性监测与分析
Retrospective Monitoring and Analysis of Bovine Akabane Disease in China from 2020 to 2022
摘要
Abstract
In order to investigate the prevalence and distribution characteristics of Akabane disease(AKD)in China in recent years,1 327 cattle serum samples were collected from 150 premises in 12 provinces in China from 2020 to 2022 for retrospective monitoring and analysis of antibodies against Akabane disease virus(AKAV)by competitive ELISA.The results showed that the population positive rate of AKAV antibodies was 67.3%,and the individual one was 41.5%;for spatial distribution,the prevalence of AKD was obviously high in the south and low in the north,especially in Guangxi and Guangdong where the climate was hot and humid,indicating a regional epidemic trend;for temporal distribution,the prevalence of AKD was irregular.The prevalence status of AKD in some regions of China was preliminarily identified in the study,and targeted recommendations were proposed,which provided data support and reference for future prevention and control of the disease.关键词
