摘要
Abstract
The high-quality development of modern livestock industry is safeguarded by a sound animal disease prevention system that acts as the precondition and foundation,however,the construction of grassroots animal disease prevention system is still lack of coordination and systematization in Shaanxi Province based on investigation results.In the paper,the implementation of the system,infrastructure construction,technology promotion and application and the quality and skills of practitioners were analyzed to deeply investigate the sources of insufficient awareness for arduous tasks and fundamental roles of animal disease prevention,and the following recommendations on the construction of the system were proposed,including establishing new concepts,applying new methods,strengthening supervision,increasing investment,building teams and carrying out work in a scientific and standardized manner,with a view to providing a reference for the construction of grassroots animal disease prevention system.关键词
