对陕西省基层动物防疫体系建设的有关思考OA
Considerations on the Construction of Grassroots Animal Disease Prevention System in Shaanxi Province
完善的动物防疫体系是保障现代畜牧业高质量发展的前提和基础.调研发现,陕西省基层动物防疫体系建设仍然缺乏协调性和系统性.本文从制度落实、基础设施建设、技术推广应用、从业人员素质和能力等方面进行了分析,深入查摆了对动物防疫工作艰巨性任务和根本性作用认识不足的根源,提出今后动物防疫体系建设要树立新理念、推广新方法,强化监管、加大投资、建好队伍,走科学化、规范化路子,以期为基层动物防疫体系建设提供参考.
