摘要
Abstract
In order to crack down on various behaviors for any illegal use and addition of drugs,and to effectively ensure the public's"safety of every bite of food",a special rectification activity about agricultural product quality and safety was conducted by Agriculture and Rural Bureau in A city,Shandong Province,a case of purchasing and slaughtering poultry containing banned drugs was investigate and punished.In the paper,the source of the case,process of investigation and evidence collection,investigation into facts,administrative penalties and other procedures of law enforcement were introduced,the facts,evidences,procedures,applicable laws and discretion related to the case were analyzed,and relevant questions were considered and discussed,with a view to providing a reference for future response to similar cases.关键词
