Abstract
The amount of imported stallions with high quality is increasing with the development of China's modern horse industry.In order to prevent any entry of exotic diseases,imported horses should be well supervised and controlled.In the paper,the general conditions and quarantine supervision procedures of imported horses were introduced,based on the practice of China Customs,current problems were found out from the development of horse industry,transparency of administrative law enforcement,cross-border transportation and supervision during quarantine period,then corresponding recommendations were proposed based on the construction of equine disease free zones(EDFZ),recognition of high health and performance(HHP)horses,adaptation of horses during the interim period and quarantine supervision,with a view to providing a reference for China's horse industry to develop with high quality.关键词
