Introduction to Chemiluminescence Immunoassay and Its Application in Detection of Animal Diseases

Abstract
Chemiluminescence immunoassay(CLIA)is a detection and analysis technique combining chemiluminescence and immunoassay.Compared with radioimmunoassay and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),it is more specific and sensitive,widely used in clinical medicine,drug detection,environmental monitoring,etc.,but is still under development in the field of animal disease detection.CLIA includes direct chemiluminescent immunoassay,chemiluminescent enzyme immunoassayand electrochemiluminescent immunoassay.In recent years,CLIA has been widely used in detection of animal diseases as promoted by its combination with new techniques and the use of nanoparticles and other new materials.In the paper,the principle,classification and development of CLIA,as well as the researches on its detection of animal viral,bacterial,and parasitic diseases were summarized,with a view to providing a reference for its further application and development in animal disease detection.关键词
