摘要

Abstract

Avian adenovirus type 4(FAdV-4)is a common immunosuppressive virus in poultry,also one of the major viral pathogens posing a threat to the healthy development of poultry industry.FAdV-4 mainly causes hydropericardium-hepatopathycomplex syndrome(HHS),with main clinical manifestations including hydropericardium and hepatitis,and a mortality rate of up to 80%,seriously endangering the healthy development of poultry industry.FAdV-4 could be effectively monitored by rapid and accurate detection methods,which lay the foundation for disease diagnosis,prevention and control as well as further researches.In the paper,global FAdV-4 detection techniques were summarized,including neutralization test,agar gel immunodiffusion test,enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,indirect immunofluorescence assay and other serological detection techniques,as well as polymerase chain reaction(PCR),real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR,loop-mediated isothermal amplification and other molecular biological diagnostic techniques,hoping to offer a reference for the researches on rapid detection techniques of FAdV-4.
