Thinking on the Layout of Metal Mineral Resources Guarantee System in China
摘要
Abstract
The paper analyzes the supply situation of iron,copper,nickel,lithium,chromium,cobalt,tungsten,antimony,and other metal mineral resources in China from the perspective of"maintaining supply and stable price",and points out that the strategic metal mineral resources such as basic industrial metals,traditional superior metals,scarce metals and new energy battery metals are facing serious risks of short or even cut supply.It is necessary to establish a comprehensive resources supply supervision system at the national level,formulate a complete emergency plan and long-term resources security planning,and implement all-round and three-dimensional policies to solve the problem by continuously increasing domestic resources prospecting,improving the level of resources recycling,strengthening strategic collection and storage,and cultivating industry"bellwether".关键词
