Review and Practice Exploration of Eco-product Value Accounting
摘要
Abstract
Carrying out the eco-product value accounting is a concrete action to implement the concept of"lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets",also,it is an important technical basis to promote the realization of the eco-product value.The paper systematically sorted out the concept of eco-product,the overview of relevant research at home and abroad,and the exploration of eco-product value accounting in Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region,and reached the following conclusions:①"Eco-product"is a unique concept proposed by China,which can be defined as the final product provided and used by the ecosystem for economic and other human activities,and can be divided into three categories:supply service,regulation service,and cultural service.② The methods related to eco-product value accounting mainly include the equivalent factor method,functional value evaluation method,and biophysics method.③In order to ensure the comparability of accounting results,it is appropriate to follow the measurement principles and valuation suggestions in the international standard"System of Environmental-Economic Accounting-Ecosystem Accounting"(SEEA EA)when calculating the eco-product value.④The experience of exploring the eco-product value in the Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region can provide useful references for promoting eco-product value accounting.In the future,it is necessary to further strengthen the application research of theoretical methods and accounting results:first,establish a scientific accounting index system of eco-product value;second,standardize the accounting methods of various indicators;third,actively explore the practical application of accounting results.关键词
