我国工程建设节地标准体系的构建思路
Construction Ideas of Land Saving Standard System for Engineering Construction in China

Abstract
The relevant laws,regulations,and policies in China lay the foundation for the implementation of land saving standards.At the national level,the land using access and scale control and verification standards for construction projects have been established,which standardize the land saving evaluation and give full play to the typical demonstration and reference role of land saving technology and land saving mode.At the local level,three standard systems have been established,including the control index of construction land for industrial projects,the control index of urban construction land planning,and the land use index for engineering construction projects.It is necessary to establish the land saving standard system for engineering construction to improve the implementation effect of the standards,unify the implementation process of the standards,and enhance the efficiency of land use approval.The construction of land saving standard system of engineering construction should adopt supporting the development of engineering construction projects as a goal,to standardize the preliminary behaviors such as land access and scale verification of engineering construction projects,and to establish and improve the control index audit and supervision system of engineering construction projects,strengthen the promotion and application of land saving technology and land saving mode,and promote the standard management and application services.Based on the analysis of the current development status and trend of engineering construction standards,the paper puts forward the construction ideas of land saving standard systems in engineering construction from the aspects of establishing land use classification standand,land saving standand in engineering construction,land saving technology and land saving mode in engineering construction,standard management and application methods.关键词
