土地复合利用研究述评
Review of Land Compound Use Research
摘要
Abstract
The land compound use can meet the need of saving and intensive use of land,the need of industrial structure transformation,and the need of people's production and life.Based on CNKI database,systematically sorting out the existing research on land compound use through literature review,and clarifying the origin and evolution of land compound use,the paper analyzes the related research on the multiple use of land in China from different dimensions,such as the compound use of public transportation land,public service land,industrial land,rural construction land and arable land.Summarizing the modes of foreign land compound use from theoretical,conceptual and practical levels,the paper points out that there are some problems in the research of land compound use,such as the connotation of land compound use has not been unified,the theoretical research is insufficient,the research scale is limited,and the top-level design is weak.In the future,it is necessary to focus on the design of policy tools for land compound use and the promotion of urban-rural integration,rural revitalization,common prosperity,etc.关键词
