乡村振兴战略下实用性村庄规划编制的探索
Exploration of Compilation of Practical Village Planning under the Rural Revitalization Strategy

Abstract
With the construction of the national spatial planning system,problems are gradually emerging,such as"multiple uncoordinated plans"and"impracticality"in the village planning work.The compilation of village plans in various regions is also in a critical period of breakthrough and improvement.By reviewing the theoretical research and practical progress of village planning under rural revitalization,and combining the practical experience of Jiangxi province in promoting"multi-planning united"practicable village planning,the article summarizes that Jiangxi province has adopted the"five division method"as a main approach to pragmatically impel the village planning work,took"multi-planning united"while transiting planning,and reflected"practicality"in the results.Moreover,the article analyzes the major problems faced in the compilation of village planning,and proposes the following technical innovation ideas for"multi-planning united"practicable village planning:①Constantly improving the standard technological system.②Constructing a planning system with full coverage on a control basis.③Constructing a scheme logic that gives equal importance to protection and development from a comprehensive perspective.④Exploring improvement paths for the planning implementation flexibility.④Exploring various technical methods to ensure the plan implementation.关键词
