Thoughts on Achieving High-quality Development of Social Organizations in the New Era

Abstract
Social organizations of natural resources center has achieved obvious results on serving the major national strategy,focusing on the core responsibility of"two unified"of natural resources,and supporting the reform and development of the industry,but it also face new challenges simultaneously.Based on the investigation of 12 social organizations in charge of business and social organizations of industry of the Ministry of Natural Resources,the paper comprehensively summarizes the effectiveness and experience of the management and development of natural resources social organizations since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,and systematically analyzes the problems existing in the party development work,management mechanism,industry brand,self-construction,and the core responsibility of serving and supporting"two unified"of natural resources,including the incomplete top-level design of management,insufficient service support for key areas,adjustments and challenges of industry brand and self-capacity building,and practical difficulties in organization personnel.Moreover,the paper puts forward suggestions to promote the high-quality development of social organizations of natural resource from four aspects:comprehensively strengthening party development,strengthening top-level design and system building,actively cultivating and supporting the development of social organizations,and strengthening self-construction and internal governance.关键词
