Study on Budget Performance Management Mechanism of Geological Project
摘要
Abstract
Reasonable implement of budget performance management of geological project is helpful to improve the allocation efficiency of financial funds invested in geological domain,and ensure the realization of natural resources policy objectives as well as promote economic and social development.Based on the in-depth investigation of geological project budget performance at practical work grassroots level,with the help of questionnaire survey and interview survey,the paper analyzes the problems existing in the current budget performance management of geological project,which includes the determination and connection of the self-assessment subject responsibility for the performance management,the integration of the original management process and performance management mechanism of geological project,and the setting of geological project performance indicators.Combined with the in-depth interpretation of relevant documents and systems of performance management and the sorting of geological project management process,the paper puts forward the optimization measures of budget performance management of geological project,such as integrating budget performance management into the management links of each stage of the projects,clarifying the main responsibility of performance management at each stage,improving the missing links of the whole budget performance management.Also,it puts forward suggestions on filling in the performance indicators.关键词
