Analysis of Metallogenic Geological Characteristics and Development and Utilization Prospects of Crystalline Graphite Deposits in Tanzania
摘要
Abstract
Tanzania has abundant resources of crystalline graphite deposits,mainly distributed in the northeast,central,and southeastern parts of the country.They occur in the contact areas of marble and gneiss in the Paleoproterozoic Usagalan rock series.The enrichment and mineralization of graphite are mainly related to the Neoproterozoic Mozambique orogeny and regional fault activity,and the ore deposits are of regional metamorphic type.The ore structure is mainly composed of medium to coarse grained,flake like,and self shaped structures,with a fixed carbon grade of 2%to 23.39%.The mining and beneficiation conditions are good.The global demand for graphite maintains a high growth trend,and Tanzania's good graphite mineral resource endowment,low development and utilization status,and mining policies provide a good foundation for attracting global geological and mining companies to carry out mineral development investment.关键词
