北极航道中高频通信系统新疆站点选址及保障服务体系建设研究
Study on Site Selection and Construction of Support System for MF/HF Communication System in Xinjiang for Arctic Shipping Lanes
摘要
Abstract
To implement the requirements of the 14th Five-Year Construction Plan of the transportation support system and promote the development of the capabilities for ship's communication guarantee in northeastern lanes of the Arctic navigation route,the Northern Navigation Service Center under the Ministry of Transport(MOT)and the MOT Planning Research Institute have jointly conducted research on the construction of medium and high frequency communication system for the lanes.Software simulation and real-ship tests have been carried out.Technical index for the selection of signal receiving and sending sites in Xinjiang have been determined based on research,which is of great significance to the further construction of the medium and high frequency communication system for the channels and the enhancement of capabilities for navigation service in crucial sea areas around the world.关键词
