摘要

Abstract

Accidents of ship collision with bridges pose a serious threat to the safety of bridge structure and ship operation.In order to improve the safety of bridges and smooth navigation,research has been conducted on the early warning and monitoring technology for such accidents,by virtue of the construction of the"Science and Technology Innovation Project for Early Warning and Monitoring of Hazards to Safety in Accidents of Ship Collision with Bridges Based on Artificial Intelligence Technology".This project adopts technologies such as LiDAR,video,AIS,big data,artificial intelligence,etc.to collect real-time dynamic data such as bridge clearance,ship speed and heading,hydrology and meteorology,etc.Based on intelligent algorithms such as ship trajectory prediction,over-height recognition,overloading recognition,and multi-source fusion ship recognition,it provides early warning services for preventing threats to navigation safety such as ship over-height,ship overloading,ship's deviation from the course,and ship's carrying way with engine stopped.The research is intended to facilitate the maritime department in strengthening safety supervision over the process of ships passing through bridges and reducing the occurrence of accidents of ship collision with bridges.
